About the role As a Teaching Assistant (Sports Coach), you will play an important role in supporting pupils' physical development, wellbeing and engagement across the school.

You will: Support the delivery of PE lessons, sports activities and enrichment opportunities Encourage pupils' participation, confidence and teamwork through positive sporting experiences Work closely with teaching staff to support learning, behaviour and inclusion Support pupils with SEND or additional needs to access physical activities successfully Help organise and support sporting events, clubs, tournaments and competitions Promote positive relationships and consistently apply the school's behaviour policy Support pupils' social, emotional and physical wellbeing Assist with the safe use and organisation of PE and sports equipment Closing date: 1st June 2026 Who is Lift Schools?
