About You
Proven RECENT experience within a Michelin-starred environment operating at Senior Sous or Head Chef levelAmbitious, creative, and looking for the opportunity to build a recognised name for yourselfStrong leadership and team-building skillsPassionate about exceptional produce, detail, and guest experienceCalm, organised, and commercially awareexceptional commercial and xwzovoh financial acumen able to manage your environment costing food GP and wage%
