Our Client, Bolton Council, is seeking an Adult’s Team Manager to join their Safeguarding Team.
This is a Hybrid Working Role!
Fantastic payrate of £40 per hour!

Responsibilities of this role:
- Lead and supervise safeguarding staff
- Oversee and quality assure Section 42 enquiries
- Make decisions on risk, thresholds, and protection plans
- Manage complex/high-risk cases (abuse, self-neglect, domestic abuse)
- Work with multi-agency partners (police, NHS, providers)
- Ensure compliance with Care Act, MCA, and safeguarding policies
- Monitor performance, caseloads, and practice standards
- Handle escalations, complaints, and serious incidents
- Support staff development and training
Requirements of this role:
- Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
- Must have a Social Work qualification (Diploma in social work, social work degree or equivalent)
- Must have minimum of 3 years experience working as a Qualified social worker
