Job requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years’ experience in high-volume hospitality, street food, or event catering
  • Proven experience leading teams in busy environments
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills
  • Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure
  • Organised, hands-on, and proactive approach
  • Food Hygiene Level 2/3 (or willingness to obtain)

Job responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing high-volume food truck operations
  • Cooking and serving to large crowds
  • Leading, motivating, and coordinating team members
  • Delivering fast, efficient, high-quality service
  • Managing queues and maintaining smooth service flow
  • Handling stock control and minimising waste
  • Opening and closing units efficiently
  • Acting as the senior point of contact on shift
