What We’reLooking For…
We’re searching for an enthusiastic, detail?drivenindividual who can confidently manage stock processes across multiple outlets.You’ll shine in this role if you are:
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Experienced in retail stock control or a similar environment
- A confident communicator and strong team player
- Skilled in managing supplier relationships and stock systems
- Capable of working to deadlines and staying calm under pressure
- IT?literate, particularly with Microsoft applications
What You’llDo…
As Golf & Retail Stock Controller, you’lltake ownership of stock accuracy, stock movement, and stock presentation acrossour large retail operation. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining optimal retail and golf amenity stock levels
- Coordinating deliveries, stock transfers, and stock organisation
- Managing and reviewing stocktakes, discrepancies, and inventory reports
- Maintaining the retail buying plan (Open to Buy)
- Monitoring ageing and excess stock, proposing solutions
- Creating and managing spreadsheets for analysis and reporting
- Building strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams
- Managing stock invoices, delivery notes and purchase orders
- Supporting retail supervisors and occasionally covering rota shifts
- Ensuring all equipment and stock areas meet health & safetystandards
- Contributing to new ideas, sale planning, and store improvements
- Handling internal/external customer queries and supporting complaintresolution
- Protecting resources by minimising waste and promoting efficiency
