OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE –
Strong experience in a customer-facing food service environment
Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role is desirable
Confident in handling tills, cashing up, and overseeing daily front-of-house operations
Awareness of handling dietary needs and allergen information
The ability to stay calm, organised, and efficient under pressure during busy periods
IMPLEMENTING OUR ‘YES, WE CAN’ PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL –
Deliver friendly and efficient service to all customers, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
Take orders accurately, manage till operations, and handle payments confidently
Monitor stock levels for front-of-house items (e.g., packaging, condiments, drinks) and assist with reordering
Cash up tills at the end of shifts and ensure accurate handling of daily takings
Organise and support team members during service to ensure smooth daily operations
Take ownership of the restaurant when the Manager is off
Follow hygiene and safety procedures, keeping service areas clean and organised
