What you'll be doing:
- Deliver outstanding service at the bar and with table service to our range bays
- Welcome our guests and arrive their bookings at our driving range reception
- Support customers with Trackman technology – offering advice and troubleshooting when needed
- Ensure the safety of all guests using the driving range and compliance with range ball policies
- Monitor and maintain top-quality hire clubs and range balls – removing any damaged equipment
- Open and close the driving range with professionalism and care
- Uphold and enforce BGL's company policies and procedures, including food hygiene, alcohol service, stock control, and health & safety
- Keep the range and facilities spotless, welcoming, and in top condition
- Collaborate with your team to quickly resolve any operational issues
- Report any maintenance concerns promptly
- Take on any additional duties as requested by management
About you:
- Over 18 years of age (essential due to the sale of alcohol)
- Energetic and enthusiastic with a proactive mindset
- A confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Team player who's not afraid to roll up their sleeves
