After a hugely successful launch into Spain in 2025, our marketing team is looking for a Marketing Lead to own and scale AnyVan’s marketing and growth efforts even faster. This is a pivotal role for AnyVan’s international expansion and will be responsible for developing and driving our go‑to‑market strategy and execution, working closely across marketing, sales, operations, product and pricing.
Reporting directly to the CMO, this role will be the driving force behind Spain bringing customer insight, deep market knowledge and broad channel expertise to deliver effective propositions and campaigns that reach new customers and help drive conversion. It requires a mix of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution, supported by the wider marketing function – a perfect blend of thinking big and getting stuff done.
What you’ll do:
- Scale quickly – Own an ambitious revenue growth goal as your core focus, accelerating growth by utilising tools and teams already in place.
- Lead the go‑to‑market – Define priority audiences, regions and use cases; partner with Product, Pricing and Operations to ensure strong product‑market fit and a compelling, localised proposition.
- Champion the Spanish customer – Be the voice of the Spanish customer across the business; ground decisions in clear customer insight and ensure every touchpoint, marketing and product is culturally relevant and resonates locally.
- Build and scale channels & partnerships – Bring together core channels (PPC, SEO, CRM, Brand, Paid Social, PR, Influencers) while developing high‑impact partnerships with marketplaces, retailers, property platforms, banks and media in Spain.
- Test, learn and move decisively – Work closely with data science to measure impact and optimise performance, while confidently making informed decisions when data is imperfect in early‑stage growth.
- Act like an owner – Be fully accountable for Spain’s performance; drive decisions and outcomes with an entrepreneurial, ownership mindset.
What you’ll bring:
- A strong entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to make £10 feel like £100 by out‑thinking rather than out‑spending competitors.
- Proven experience launching and scaling direct‑to‑consumer tech businesses in Spain (scale‑up experience is a plus).
- Fluent Spanish and fluent English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Broad marketing experience with hands‑on ownership of PR and influencer marketing; SEO and partnerships experience is a plus.
- Strong commercial acumen: experience measuring marketing impact on revenue and confidence working directly with data.
- Excellent project‑management skills, balancing speed, structure and execution.
- The ability to collaborate, influence and gain buy‑in across multiple teams and senior stakeholders.
- A proactive, hands‑on attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- An appetite to learn and be part of a two‑way feedback culture.
- Curiosity, adaptability and enthusiasm for learning.
Location and Eligibility:
- This is a hybrid role, with at least 3 days per week based in our Hammersmith office.
- We’re open to international candidates and can offer visa sponsorship for those relocating, provided you have strong, demonstrable experience working directly with the Spanish market.
What we offer:
- Competitive Salary – Highly competitive salaries.
- Generous Time Off – 25 days + public holidays, Christmas Eve on us, long‑service perks capped at 30 days.
- Health & Wellbeing – On‑site gym, membership with Vitality, enhanced sick pay.
- Future Ready – People’s Pension (5% you, 3% us).
- Family Support – Enhanced maternity pay.
- Easy Travel – 2‑minute walk from the tube, Octopus Electric Vehicles, Cycle to Work Scheme with showers and towels on site.
- Daily Perks – In‑house barista coffee, free breakfast every day and local discounts.
- Culture & Community – Weekly drinks, fun socials, and rewards that take you places.
- Career Growth – Join a disruptive technology leader and fast‑forward your career move.
Our company values are:
- Have fun, get it done.
- Progress over perfection.
- One team thinking big.
