The Rowan Organisation is seeking a Transport and Compliance Lead in the United Kingdom. This role is essential to ensure that all First Line Managers (FLM’s) are trained adequately and that driver and fleet compliance are upheld.

You will improve operational systems, assist with recruitment, and analyze tachograph data for compliance. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in a bakery environment, possess a TMCPC Qualification, and ideally hold an HGV Licence.
