The role

Vavoom operates as a trusted partner to its customers. They rely on us to provide expert

advice, innovative solutions and excellent outcomes in the management of their car and van

fleets. Our approach to market is as a leasing broker, leveraging our panel of funder partners

to provide the best outcome for our customers.

As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for identifying and winning new

customers who would benefit from Vavoom’s proposition. In this role you will be targeting

SMEs and large corporates across company cars and vans, including salary sacrifice.

Vavoom has a diverse and varied customer base. Including organisations who have

outsourced their fleet operation to Vavoom on a sole supply basis, through to those where

Vavoom operates as one of a panel of preferred suppliers.


What you’ll be doing

  • Seeking and securing new business opportunities with SME & Corporate organisations
  • End-to-end management of your new business pipeline
  • Meeting with prospective customers over virtual and in-person meetings
  • Presenting the Vavoom proposition to potential customers and acting as an ambassador for the brand
  • Liaising with Vavoom’s partners to build propositions for customers, keeping innovation at the forefront of your approach
  • Using your acumen and experience to build compelling customer proposals
  • Attending industry events and professionally representing Vavoom
  • Engaging with your colleagues to share best practice, provide support and work collaborativelyWhat You'll Bring
  • A positive, driven attitude and an excitement for providing great solutions for customers. A proven track record in new business sales, ideally in fleet management and/or vehicle leasing.
