Joinery Installations Manager

Our client, a dynamic and innovative construction company known for delivering high-quality bespoke joinery solutions, is seeking a skilled Joinery Installations Manager to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to oversee key projects from factory to final handover, ensuring seamless, safe, and high-standard delivery across multiple sites.
This is initially a 6 month contract with a view of going permanent. Role will initially involve you to travel to Dublin.

About you:
- Proven experience in joinery installation management or a similar role
- Strong understanding of joinery drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage site teams and subcontractors
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations and compliance
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
What you'll do:
- Plan and coordinate all on-site joinery installation activities to meet project deadlines
- Manage installation teams and subcontractors ensuring work is completed to high standards
- Monitor progress through site visits, conduct quality inspections, and oversee snagging
- Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed and promote a culture of safety
- Liaise with project managers and internal teams for smooth project delivery from site preparation to handover
- Address and resolve on-site issues swiftly to prevent delays or quality concerns
