The Role

As the Bathroom Order, Logistics & Stock Control Manager, you will play a vital role in the smooth running of our bathroom department. You will be responsible for processing and managing customer orders, arranging deliveries, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring accurate stock control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the procurement of all materials required for bathroom sales orders, and bear full responsibility for purchase order progression from start to finish.
  • Organise and manage customer deliveries, and liaise with contractors, drivers, and logistics teams.
  • Handle after-sales issues, including damages, shortages, returns, and replacements.
  • Maintain accurate computerised records and update internal systems.
  • Work closely with the bathroom sales team and senior management to interpret and fulfil customer requirements.
  • Pick and pack orders, receive incoming deliveries, and complete stock checks.
  • Support the smooth operation of the bathroom warehouse and coordinate with tile warehouse staff.

What Were Looking For

  • Experience in logistics, purchasing, order processing, or warehouse stock coordination.
  • Experience in the bathroom/plumbing industry would be preferable, although not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Good computer literacy and willingness to learn industry systems
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills
  • A positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a small team
  • A good level of physical fitness for manual handling as required.

Requirements

  • Full clean driving licence
  • Full-time, permanent position, with ability to work 8am5pm, Monday to Friday
  • Forklift licence beneficial but not essential
  • Health and Safety training beneficial but not essential
  • First Aid training beneficial but not essential
