About Your New Role

  • Building relationships with finance professionals and clients
  • Managing recruitment processes from initial brief through to offer stage
  • Speaking with candidates about career opportunities and market trends
  • Business development and growing your network
  • Working closely with the team to share ideas and opportunities
  • Delivering a high-quality, people-focused recruitment experience


Often

  • Meeting clients and candidates
  • Negotiating offers and managing recruitment processes
  • Celebrating placements, team wins, and Friday finishes
  • Contributing ideas to improve how we work and grow as a business


Occasionally

  • Team socials, lunches, and incentives
  • Networking events and client meetings
  • Competitive debates over where to order lunch from


Never

  • Sitting through pointless internal meetings
  • Microwave fish in the office and expect people to forgive you
