We are hiring for our client, a highly regarded business, to appoint a Personal Assistant on a 6-month fixed-term contract based in Belfast City Centre.

This Personal Assistant role will support senior executives across a growing multi-site organisation, providing high-level coordination, diary management and business support. The successful Personal Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of executive schedules, meetings, travel and wider operational activities across the business.

  • The Role

    • Provide proactive diary and email management for senior stakeholders
    • Coordinate meetings, agendas, presentations and supporting documentation
    • Arrange travel, accommodation and itineraries
    • Organise board and senior leadership meetings
    • Take minutes and track actions where required
    • Build strong working relationships across the business

    The Person

    • Previous experience in a PA, Executive Assistant or senior administration role
    • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability
    • High attention to detail and accuracy
    • Strong diary management and coordination experience
    • Proactive and solutions-focused approach
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced professional environment
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word and PowerPoint

    The Reward

    • £30,000 – £33,000
    • 6-month fixed-term contract available immediately
