*Project Manager – BMS Controls & Energy Limited*
*BMS Controls & Energy Limited *is expanding, and we are actively recruiting for a *Project Manager* to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong BMS experience who is ready to take ownership of delivering projects from award through to client handover.
*Candidate Requirements*
* Solid knowledge of the *BMS industry*, particularly the project delivery side.* Previous experience in *project management* or running projects at installation level.* *Senior or lead BMS installation electricians* looking to progress into project management are strongly encouraged to apply.* Salary and package will be discussed at interview stage.
*Role Responsibilities*
* Manage BMS projects from initial award through to final handover.* Attend site-based project meetings with clients, consultants, and wider site teams.* Participate in internal project meetings and provide clear progress updates.* Liaise with control panel manufacturers to ensure timely delivery and accuracy for assigned projects.* Oversee and manage key project milestones, including installation phases, commissioning dates, and final handover arrangements.
Pay: From £45,000.00 per year
Experience:* Electrical/BMS: 5 years (preferred)
