Assistant Accountant

Oliver Smith Recruitment are working in partnership with a highly successful logistics & distribution business and market leader in their field operating across the UK and further afield.

Duties:

• Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts including balance sheets and profit & loss analysis
• Assisting with month end processes such as prepayments, accrual and journals
• Reconciling monthly balance sheets and control accounts
• Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Assisting with audit preparation
• Supporting the Management Accountant and Finance Controller as required.
