£33,000–£35,000 | Full-time
This role will lead the delivery of funded community programmes, managing partnerships, budgets, reporting and programme outcomes while ensuring high-quality, inclusive services.
About you
You will have:
- Experience managing funded programmes in the charity, community or public sector
- Strong stakeholder and partnership management skills
- Experience managing budgets, reporting and compliance
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Experience working with community or family support programmes is desirable.
Key responsibilities
- Lead programme delivery and development
- Manage external partnerships and stakeholder relationships
- Oversee monitoring, reporting and compliance
- Manage programme budgets and resources
- Support and line manage staff and delivery partners
