Chief Operating Officer – Health & Medical Education

The Royal College of Physicians is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead organisational performance and operational delivery. This full-time position is based in London with a hybrid working model, requiring presence in the office a minimum of 6 days a month.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in executive leadership, driving transformation and improvement across complex functions. The starting salary is circa £90,000 depending on experience, alongside a range of benefits including annual leave and health cash plans.
