The post holder will also monitor and evaluate services provided through effective planning and contribute to the reporting requirements and the wider evaluation of the CLD programmes. An enthusiastic and motivated individual, you will have considerable experience working with young people, families and adults within a community setting. You will be knowledgeable and have a good understanding of current national and local developments in working with vulnerable adults with a particular emphasis on current adult learning policy and objectives. You must have a CLD Standards Council approved professional qualification in Community Learning & Development.
