To provide a professional Quantity Surveying service for design, construction, property management and maintenance contracts as part of a multi-disciplinary design team within the Strategic Asset and Capital Plan Management Service. To contribute towards the effective financial management of projects by giving advice and guidance on financial, contractual and procedural matters when required. You must hold a Degree level in Quantity Surveying.  You must be registered as a Chartered Surveyor or working towards the MIRCS qualification.  Driving Licence A full current driving licence is desirable for this post. This post is considered as a Regulated Role with vulnerable children and/or protected adults, as specified in the Disclosure (Scotland) Act 2020.
