  • Provide consulting expertise, engaging directly with stakeholders and clients
  • Ensure solutions are aligned with best practices in security, performance, and cost optimisation
  • Support the adoption of AI and automation technologies within contact centre environments
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of architecture frameworks and delivery methodologies

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in Solutions Architecture and system design
  • Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Direct experience with Amazon Connect or contact centre platforms
  • Background in consulting and delivering tailored client solutions
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies and integration patterns
  • Experience designing and optimising business processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to bridge business and technical needs
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
