This position will be working within the transport team and will involve all aspect of the transport administration processes and coordination of the day to day running of this busy contract. Ensure deliveries and collections are completed as per customer requirements whilst also monitoring KPI for delivery on time, shift revenue and vehicle utilisation. Ensure units/trailers are presented for inspection as per published schedule. Communicating collection times and delivery bookings with customers. Work with the Fleet Team to ensure defects are rectified in a timely manner. Meet daily revenue targets per shift and per vehicle. Adherence to policies and procedures within the Business Area. Previous experience of working within a similar role in the logistics industry. Have a good understanding of legal compliance, driver's hours and WTD's. Solution driven and flexible approach to your work. MS packages to include, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Competitive Salary : 41,104 per annum. Hours : 08:00hrs – 18:00hrs, Monday to Friday and every 4th Training : Monthly Courses for a variety of areas.
