The restaurant offers a refined British dining experience with a contemporary approach, working with high-quality seasonal ingredients and exceptional standards throughout.You will work closely with an incredibly experienced and highly decorated Head Chef within a professional kitchen focused on creativity, consistency, and guest experience.The Role As Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of your section and support the wider kitchen team in delivering exceptional dishes to the highest standards.Key responsibilities include:Preparing and presenting dishes with excellent attention to detailManaging your section efficiently during serviceMaintaining high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanlinessSupporting junior chefs and working collaboratively within the brigadeEnsuring consistency, quality, and presentation across all dishesAssisting with stock control and kitchen organisationContributing ideas and passion towards menu development and seasonal changesRequirements Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie backgroundExperience within a 5? hotel, luxury hospitality environment, or rosette-level restaurant preferredBreakfast experience beneficial but not essentialPassion for high-quality food and hospitalityStrong understanding of kitchen xwzovoh operations and food safety standardsAbility to work well under pressure within a fast-paced kitchenPositive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-focused mentalityPackage & Benefits Basic salary of £35,000Additional service charge of approximately £5,000£7,000 per year48-hour contracted working weekFull-time permanent contractMeals provided whilst on dutyPension and additional company benefitsExcellent long-term development opportunities within luxury hospitalityAdditional Information Immediate start availableLocated in South Kensington, London…
