Build positive, professional relationships with union representatives and employee groups in partnership with the Employee Relations CoE. Drive adoption of People & Culture programmes, including performance, reward, and engagement initiatives aligned to business objectives. Coach and support managers and employees to drive improved performance and professional development. Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications Demonstrable experience managing a broad range of People & Culture activities, including employee relations, change management, and policy implementation. In-depth knowledge of UK employment legislation. Proven experience supporting organisational change, including restructures and TUPE transfers, with effective union engagement and a people-focused approach. Strong capability in assessing complex workplace issues and facilitating constructive dialogue to achieve fair, balanced outcomes. Experience designing, implementing, and embedding People & Culture initiatives. Must hold a full UK driving licence, as travel is required. Additional Information Location: London – covering education sites across Barnet, Ealing, Essex, Southwark, Slough and West Sussex. Travel: Flexible travel required, visiting schools within designated areas as needed. Working pattern: Working from home when not travelling. Package: Car or car allowance provided (band 4).
