What you'll be doing:
- Setting up and operating CNC turning and turn-mill machines
- Accurately producing precision components from engineering drawings-achieving exacting tolerances
- Using measuring tools for in-process and final checks, verifying each part meets spec
- Supporting a lean, efficient production environment and collaborating in 5S.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in high-precision CNC machining (turning and turn-mill)
- Strong drawing interpretation and metrology skills
- Energetic, collaborative mindset with a flair for precision and problem-solving
