This is a business that combines global sourcing, product innovation and end-to-end supply chain expertise, supporting major retail and foodservice customers with high-quality, own-label and bespoke food products. The Opportunity This is a high-impact role where you will sit at the centre of decision-making, helping to shape commercial and operational strategy through insight-led financial planning and analysis. You will work closely with senior leadership and key functions across the business to drive performance, improve visibility and support a fast-paced, evolving organisation. Key Responsibilities Lead the budgeting and forecasting process across multiple business areas Deliver clear, insightful monthly performance reporting for senior stakeholders Build and enhance financial models and scenario analysis to support strategic decisions Provide detailed analysis across revenue, margin, costs and working capital Partner with Commercial teams on pricing, profitability and investment decisions Support Supply Chain and Operations with cost and efficiency analysis Identify trends, risks and opportunities to drive performance improvements Contribute to the development of best-in-class FP&A processes, tools and reporting About You Proven experience within FP&A, Commercial Finance or Financial Analysis Background in FMCG, food, or supply chain environments preferred Strong financial modelling and analytical capability Experience influencing stakeholders across commercial and operational teams Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems / BI tools A proactive, commercially minded approach with the ability to turn data into action Why Apply?
