The Role
Join a growing utilities team delivering power and infrastructure projects across NI. You will support commercial delivery across multiple contracts, ensuring effective cost control, reporting, and contract management.
Key Duties
- Manage costs (labour, materials, plant, subcontractors)
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Price variations and manage change (EWN/CE)
- Liaise with project teams and clients
- Assist with tenders, BOQs, and budgets
About You:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
- Experience in utilities, power, or civils projects
- Strong commercial and cost management skills
- NEC contract knowledge
- Desirable: Experience in power infrastructure (overhead lines, cabling)
