About the role:

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for bringing atis’ growth plans to life through seamless execution of major operational projects, with a great focus on product launches and store openings. This role ensures that every launch is delivered on time, on budget and to the highest operational and brand standards.

You will be working with a fantastic team of motivated, fun and down to earth people, who are passionate about what we do! This roles sits at the centre of Product, Operations, Commercial, Training and Marketing, acting as the driving force behind coordinated, high-impact launches. From initial planning through to post-launch performance, you will ensure every detail is aligned, every team is ready, and every opening lands with energy, precision and consistency.

Typical work includes:

    End-to-end ownership of all product launches: seasonal menu launches, collaborations, activations, new category launches, new store openings
