Flexibility is essential, as you will work across different sections and actively expand your knowledge in all areas of pastry.Key RequirementsThe ideal Pastry Demi Chef de Partie candidate would be able to demonstrate the following attributes:Experience in as similar role within a fine dining restaurant preferred but not essentialShow drive and passion for baking, chocolate and/or patisserieCatering School qualifications preferredFood Hygiene Level 2 preferred although not essential for commencement as will be certified with the CompanyExhibit excellent technical and natural cooking abilitiesGood command of the English languagePlease not, this role involves some manual handling and, on occasion, lifting of heavier items as part of standard kitchen operations.In returnWe believe in recognising and valuing the contributions of our team members.
