The Role
Due to continued growth they are now looking for a Events Production Manager to join their growing team. This role covers every element of live event production, from taking the initial client brief through to managing the client relationship and overseeing everything coming together onsite.
This is a broad role where the Events Production Manager will use all their event and project management skills and experience, including:
- Managing end-to-end live event production across multiple projects
- Coordinating all elements of scenic production including staging, set build, paint, 3D, metalwork, logistics and crew
- Managing external suppliers including lighting, sound, AV, plant and technical providers
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, venues and internal creative and production teams
- Managing budgets, timelines and production schedules
- Overseeing onsite builds, live event delivery and de-rigs
- Ensuring health & safety compliance and smooth operational delivery
- Problem-solving under pressure during live events and installations
- Delivering multiple projects simultaneously
- Managing and communicating operating plans including project schedules and design elements
The Candidate:
Candidates should ideally be working in a similar role as a Events Production Manager within live events, experiential, production or entertainment industries. Experience delivering large scale live events, exhibitions, scenic builds or experiential projects would be highly beneficial.
The ideal Events Events Production Manager will have:
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Experience managing crews, suppliers and technical teams
- The ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Flexibility to travel and work onsite when required
- Knowledge of production processes, build methods and technical delivery
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
