Description

The key responsibilities for the Bid Manager will include:

  • Manage and coordinate the entire bid process from initial opportunity identification to submission.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and ensure bid documents meet organisational standards.
  • Develop compelling and compliant content tailored to the requirements of the not-for-profit sector.
  • Lead and facilitate bid strategy meetings to align stakeholders and define winning approaches.
  • Ensure all deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality outputs.
  • Analyse feedback from previous bids to enhance future proposals and processes.
  • Maintain a database of bid documentation and templates for future use.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for growth and partnerships in the not-for-profit sector.

Profile

A successful Bid Manager should have:

* 3+ years experience in a Bid Writing or Bid Management role* Experience working on Bids for higher education and / or public sector organisations* Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines effectively.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create compelling and concise proposals.* A collaborative mindset and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.* Strong analytical skills to evaluate opportunities and improve processes.* Proficiency in using bid management tools and software is desirable.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Offer
