You will be patient, nurturing, and adaptable to the changing needs of learners and provide support in line with individual learning and care needs.
Additionally, you will be self-motivated and able to work independently, prioritising your workload.
This post reports to the Additional Learning Support Manager.
This is a fixed-term contract, term time only post.
