The Advanced Pupil Support Staff within the Enhanced Resource Base will have the exciting opportunity to provide high-quality, specialist support to children with a wide range of complex additional support needs. The role involves working collaboratively as part of a nurturing, skilled team to deliver bespoke, child-centred support that enables learners to achieve their full potential and thrive socially, emotionally, and academically. A strength of the school is strong partnerships working with partners including parents and the wider community, which is having a positive influence of the lives of children and their families. All children are nurtured and valued. The Post Holders will work with and support pupils within the Enhanced Resource.
