As theFood & Beverage Manager, youll bring energy, leadership and personality to a fast-paced, dynamic environment while taking full ownership of the departments overall success.

Youll be passionate about delivering outstanding food and drink experiences, balancing professionalism with a hands-on and approachable leadership style.

This role requires a proactive individual who thrives on leading from the front, driving standards, and creating a culture of excellence across the entire F&B operation within the Casino.

You will take complete ownership of the food and beverage offering, providing clear direction on service standards, product quality, guest experience and operational performance.

A key part of the role will be developing, motivating, and inspiring your team. Youll conduct regular 1-2-1s, support performance management, identify training needs, and actively upskill team members to help them grow within the business. Youll create a positive and accountable culture where individuals feel supported, challenged, and empowered to succeed.

Youll also oversee stock control, ordering, compliance, and health & safety, ensuring the department operates safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards at all times.

Skills & Experience Needed:
Previous experience as a General Manager, Assistant Manager, or Food & Beverage Manager within a fast-paced branded or independent hospitality environment.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing, coaching, and developing teams.
Proven ability to conduct 1-2-1s, deliver training, and drive team performance through continuous upskilling and support.
Experience taking ownership of a full F&B offering, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Strong commercial awareness, including stock control, ordering, rota management, and operational analysis.
Personal Licence Level 3 qualification (current or previously held preferred).
A proactive, passionate, and hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail.

Please be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
