About the Role
As General Manager of one of our established restaurants, you’ll take full ownership of the business, leading your team, driving performance, and creating a culture that delivers results. You’ll be accountable for everything that happens in your restaurant – from delivering exceptional customer experiences and growing sales, to controlling costs and developing a high-performing team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Full ownership of restaurant performance and KPIs
- Leading, developing, and inspiring your team
- Driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence

- Overseeing recruitment, training, and retention
What We’re Looking For
- Strong General Manager or senior leadership experience
- Commercial mindset with proven results
- Excellent people leadership skills
