Remote Global Tech Talent Partner

Gofractional is looking for an in-house recruiter for a fixed-term contract of 6 months to drive hiring for Product & Technology roles. You will manage interview coordination and ensure the recruitment process flows smoothly.

The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience in sourcing for tech roles and will support hiring across the UK, EMEA, and Canadian markets while leveraging market insights and creative sourcing strategies.

This is a remote position allowing flexibility and requiring strong project management skills.
