The successful candidate will bring strong commercial and strategic leadership experience gained within fintech, payments, embedded finance, WealthTech or regulated financial services, alongside the ability to operate effectively within a high‑growth and entrepreneurial environment.

- Experience leading growth, scaling or commercial transformation within a fintech or regulated technology business
- Strong strategic partnership and commercial development capability
