Salary

£11,000 – £12,000 per session (depending on experience) + indemnity paid + NHS pension + 6 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave

The Surgery

• Forward-thinking, dynamic set-up.
• Purpose-built practice.
• High levels of support.
  • Prescribing Pharmacist to assist with prescriptions.
  • Very low-visiting.
  • Supportive Clinical Lead GP.
• Multi-disciplinary team (Practice Nurses, Pharmacists, Physician Associate).
• Clinically led, by you and the other GPs.
• Wide range of learning and teaching opportunities.

Your role

• 12 months+ experience required.
• 4 sessions – Tuesday and Thursday.
• 15 patients per session – mix of face‑to‑face and telephone appointments.
• Very low admin.
• Very low home-visiting.
• Less than 10 documents per day.
• Triaging hub of clinicians who manage all urgent queries, urgent appointments and pathology result actions, leaving the GPs on a normal clinic to focus on their patients.
• Triage doctor once per week.
• You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK Performers List.
