Head of Interim Private Equity
We’re looking for someone to join our EMEA team as the Head of Interim Private Equity.
Private Equity accounts for 60% of our business, and over the last two years has been the fastest growing segment of Movemeon. We’ve supported over 200 Private Equity funds globally, from Large Caps (Advent, Bain Capital, KKR, etc.) through to Small Caps and Family Offices. After our successful launch of our Executive Search business, we’ve seen a huge uplift in demand for senior interim talent in PE-portfolio businesses (typically Chief Transformation Officer, Head of Value creation, and functional specific roles).
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for developing deep relationships with key stakeholders at our Key Accounts, generating new, and expanding existing, business
- You will partner Clients in searching for interim or consulting support
- You will work closely with our EMEA Success Team (our Delivery team) to ensure our employers enjoy continually best-in-class service
- You work closely with the Director EMEA on the overall growth strategy for different industry groups (start-ups &scale-ups, corporates, PE/VC, etc.)
You’ll have support from our interim success team, who will lead on the delivery of mandates.
What we’re looking for
- Someone with a strong network and contacts in the Private Equity and/ or Strategy space. This is likely to have either been developed in consulting, recruitment or in executive search
- Previous recruitment experience and a good understanding of the PE recruitment market generally
- Great client hands and ability to manage very senior and demanding stakeholders effectively
- Strong business development mentality and a client-first mindset

- A competitive package: competitive basic salary and bonus dependent upon P&L performance. We would expect total in-year cash comp to be between £70k-£100k, depending upon performance. Bonus will be a significant part of the in-year cash comp
