Salary: £32,957 – £40,912 per annum + bonus
Role Overview
Lead a team to success and deliver an excellent customer journey and satisfaction for the UK’s largest automotive service business.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the team, ensuring high customer satisfaction and adherence to compliance standards.
- Drive business performance and achieve sales targets and KPI’s.
- Provide coaching, in‑moment training and motivational support to staff.
- Maintain health and safety compliance across the centre.

Skills and experience
- Fantastic leadership and team management skills within automotive or similar industry
- Delivered high customer satisfaction and effective management
- Engaging, motivational, coaching‑based development approach with in‑moment training
- Experience ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
- High sales turnover experience and KPI management
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- IT proficient, willing to learn in‑house systems
- Good time management
- Current valid driving licence
