We’re partnering with an established international recruitment business to hire a Compliance Manager to lead governance, manage audits, support tenders, and oversee contracts across highly regulated global markets. A key role with strong visibility and impact.


The Opportunity


This is a pivotal, business‑critical role sitting at the heart of operations. You will take ownership of compliance across the business, while also supporting key functions including tenders, contracts, and client onboarding.


Key Responsibilities



  • Lead and maintain ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 accreditations

  • Oversee MLC compliance, REC standards, and audits

  • Act as main contact for compliance reviews and regulatory matters

  • Manage full lifecycle of client and supplier contracts

  • Draft, review, and support contract negotiations

  • Identify and mitigate commercial and operational risks

  • Support tender submissions end‑to‑end, coordinating stakeholders

  • Compile and manage compliance documentation for bids

  • Manage insurance renewals, broker relationships, and claims


What They're Looking For



  • Minimum 4 years' compliance experience

  • Strong understanding of audits and compliance frameworks

  • Commercial awareness and risk assessment capability

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • Confident communicator across multiple teams

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office


The Package & Environment



  • Based in Loughton, Essex

  • 09:00 – 17:00 working hours

  • Hybrid flexibility post‑probation

  • 24 days annual leave + bank holidays

  • Company pension (after 3 months)

  • Opportunity for international travel
