Strategic Non-Executive Director, Audit & Finance

We are seeking two Non‑Executive Directors: Audit & Finance and Digital Transformation.

Audit and Finance Non‑Executive Director

Responsibilities:

• Chair the Audit and Risk Committee
• Ensure robust financial stewardship, effective risk management and high standards of governance and assurance

Qualifications:

• Qualified accountant
• Senior experience in finance, audit, risk or assurance within complex or regulated environments

Digital Transformation Non‑Executive Director

Responsibilities:

• Lead or influence technology‑enabled change
• Help the organisation use digital systems and data to improve quality, safety, efficiency and the experience of patients, staff and partners

Qualifications:

• Experience of leading or influencing major digital systems or platforms
• Understanding of user experience, patient safety and organisational capacity
