Overview
Ocho is partnering with a fast-growing digital transformation consultancy to hire a Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise Microsoft solutions across a range of complex client environments.
This is a senior, client-facing role suited to someone who enjoys shaping technical strategy while remaining hands‑on where it matters. You'll work across large-scale Dynamics 365 and Power Platform programmes, guiding architecture, delivery governance and stakeholder engagement from discovery through to implementation.
The organisation has a strong reputation for delivering enterprise Microsoft solutions and offers the opportunity to work on high‑profile transformation projects across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Define solution architecture across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments
- Lead technical workshops with senior business and technology stakeholders
- Own solution scope, technical governance and delivery quality
- Produce architecture documentation, option papers and technical roadmaps
- Guide delivery teams across implementation and integration activities
- Support proof of concepts, technical spikes and critical delivery phases
- Collaborate closely with project managers, consultants and engineering teams
- Ensure scalability, security and long‑term maintainability of solutions
Person We Are Looking For
- Strong experience as a Solution Architect within Microsoft ecosystems
- Expertise across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting experience
- Experience leading enterprise‑scale digital transformation programmes
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs and cloud technologies
- Ability to balance strategic architecture with hands‑on technical delivery
- Excellent communication and commercial awareness
Desirable Experience
- Experience with Azure services and cloud‑native architectures
- Exposure to wider Microsoft technologies including Dataverse and SharePoint
- Microsoft certifications across Dynamics or Azure
- Experience working within consultancy or client‑facing delivery environments
