Senior Capital Projects Manager – Local Authority

inploi is seeking a skilled Chartered Surveyor to lead capital construction projects in Tameside. This permanent role involves managing a team of Project Managers and ensuring projects meet client expectations within budget and timescales.

The ideal candidate will have significant relevant experience and preferably leadership experience in a local authority setting. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills are key. This position is based at Stalybridge Civic Hall.
