This role involves leading financial performance insight, managing relationships, and supporting the Exec in decision-making.

The ideal candidate is a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with previous experience in FP&A or a similar role in insurance. Strong project management and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to quickly gain credibility with senior stakeholders.
