Property Litigation Solicitor, 2‑4 years PQE, Bristol, £75,000+ (DOE). This is an excellent opportunity for a Property Litigation Solicitor with 2–4 years’ PQE to work on a broad range of high‑quality property disputes for a diverse client base including developers, landlords, tenants, investors, and commercial occupiers.

The Role

• Manage a varied property litigation caseload, including landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewals and forfeiture, possession claims and trespass matters, easements, covenants, boundary disputes, dilapidations, and nuisance claims.
• Assist partners with more complex issues.

Skills Required

• Property Litigation Solicitors with between 2–4 years PQE.
• Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well within a team environment.
