Responsibilities

• Shadow one of our Commercial Managers for a 6‑month period, learning to sell sports media to independent media agencies and direct clients. After this period, take on the role independently.
• During the probation, report directly to the Commercial Manager being shadowed. After the probation period, continue to report to the assigned Commercial Manager.
• Opportunity for progression; upon successfully completing the probation period and gaining experience, further growth within the team is possible.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided during the 6‑month probation period.
• Focus on someone eager to learn and develop necessary skills.
• Existing contacts or network not required; role involves developing these relationships over time.

Process

• Interview process includes initial screening, followed by interviews with relevant team members, including the Commercial Manager to be shadowed.
• No other agency is exclusively working on this role.
