Our Consumer Products & Retail practice is looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to join the team. This role focuses on helping clients drive competitive advantage through innovative strategies and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strategic, business, and analytical expertise, with a strong consulting background.
What you will be doing
You will be working with some of the industry’s leading Consumer Products Brands, from large established players to rapidly growing disruptors. We provide advisory services to clients across the entire value chain from concept to shopping basket.
- You will lead and support client engagements across our industry specialisms; commercial growth, dynamic supply chain, product & experience re-imagination, industry centric transformation and store and channel transformation, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- You will develop and implement commercial and operational strategies to optimize operational performance, revenue growth, and go-to-market effectiveness.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate business strategy with IT solutions.
- You will conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- You will foster strong client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering high-impact solutions.
- You will work in a collaborative team environment, leveraging creativity and analytical thinking to solve complex business challenges.
- You will stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative and forward-thinking strategies.
Your Skills And Experience
- You will have 3+ years of consulting or related project experience in Consumer Products, with a focus on strategy, business operations, and IT, with a deep understanding of their interdependencies.
- You will have strong analytics expertise.
- You will have high level of curiosity and passion for helping clients build competitive advantage.
- You will have exceptional problem-solving skills, with a high creative IQ and the ability to think outside the box.
- You will have strong collaboration and teaming abilities, with a proven track record of working in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
- You will have ability to quickly learn new concepts and apply them in a consulting context.
- You will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
