Senior Manufacturing Engineer – Lean & NPI Excellence

Andrecruit Group Ltd is looking for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer in Camberley to oversee both existing and new R&D projects. The successful candidate will work closely with the Lean team to implement improvements in productivity, cost, quality, and health & safety.

Applicants must be HND/HNC qualified or have equivalent experience in engineering. The role involves creating controlled documentation, working on innovative manufacturing solutions, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
