Location: Home based with extensive travel to ALS Labs and customers UK wide
Salary: Competitive Salary dependent on experience

What you will do
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts nationally
- Drive revenue growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients/Independent groups
- Develop strategic plans, and negotiate contracts.
- Identifying new business opportunities, providing consulting services to clients, and aligning client needs with ALS Dental’s innovative solutions and products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and contribute to the company’s ongoing growth initiatives including ALS Academy, Operations Directors, Commercial and Customer Engagement Teams.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven track record in driving business development and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong Commercial Acumen with a sharp focus on profitability
- Proven expertise in sales and contract negotiation, including tailoring solutions to meet client needs and securing agreements.
- Excellent relationship building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- A strategic Thinker who executes with pace and precision
- Understanding of the Dental or Medical Devices industry is a strong advantage.
